As a licensed Realtor for six years, Aldo possesses deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex transactions. This brokerage experience complements his operational and financial expertise, allowing for informed decision-making across acquisitions, sales, and advisory services.

With over twelve years of experience in property management, Aldo has worked across both leasing operations and accounting/finance functions. This dual expertise ensures disciplined oversight of property performance, from tenant relations and lease management to budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control. Such experience enables ResComm to maximize property value while maintaining operational efficiency and transparency for clients and investors alike.
